The winners of the 2023 MUSE Design Awards have recently been announced.
As one of the most anticipated international awards in the global creative design community, the competition assembles over 200 international judges to assess creative and design concepts against rigorous professional standards.
The Phase One project of Sundell Technology Co., Ltd. stood out among more than 6,300 entries and claimed the Gold Award in the Architectural Design category.
Spanning approximately 400 mu (about 66 acres), the Sundell campus follows the design philosophy of "cultural harmony and ecological coexistence". It aims to build a multi-functional industrial community integrating six major systems: exhibition, supporting facilities, transportation, production, living and ecology.
The architectural design fully embraces Thailand’s local culture and regional features, while perfectly adapting to its hot, humid and rainy climate with well-considered shading, rain protection and natural ventilation solutions. The streamlined layout realizes the separation of pedestrian, vehicle and goods flow, striking a balanced harmony between functional modern architecture and diverse ecosystems.
A highlight of the campus is its comprehensive building, inspired by Thailand's four-faced Buddha, with each side carrying unique symbolic implications.
The north side faces the factory zone, where all employees create value together. The west side connects to a plaza and landscape park for staff leisure and relaxation. The south side borders municipal roads, serving as both the daily commute route and the company’s global gateway. The east side reserves land for Phase Two development, symbolizing the shared future vision of the company and its team.
Every design detail of the Sundell campus delivers profound humanistic care.
Currently under full-scale construction, Sundell Technology Campus is scheduled to commence operation in Q3 2024. We look forward to its remarkable grand opening!
